1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to jiya9, an online betting platform operated under a valid licence. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and jiya9 ("Company", "we", "us").

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal gambling age under the laws of your jurisdiction — whichever is higher — in order to register and use the jiya9 platform. jiya9 takes the protection of minors seriously and reserves the right to request age verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) jiya9 account that is active. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed, with any remaining balances forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Jiya9 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our security and compliance policy. You may be required to submit identity verification documents such as a national ID, passport, or driver's licence, as well as proof of residential address, before your first withdrawal is processed or when requested by our team. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension or closure.

The KYC process at jiya9 is typically completed within 24 business hours. You only need to go through this process once unless there are changes to your account information.

3 User Account

Each jiya9 account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.1 Login Security

You are required to keep your username and password confidential at all times. jiya9 will never request your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be accurate, complete, and up to date. jiya9 reserves the right to reject withdrawals or suspend accounts if the information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

3.3 Account Communications

You agree to receive account-related communications via your registered email or phone number. This includes important security notices, transaction confirmations, and terms updates. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is kept up to date.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Jiya9 supports a variety of Malaysian local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost for our members' convenience. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no hidden currency conversion fees.

4.1 Deposit

  • The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the Deposit section of the platform at the relevant time.
  • All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
  • Jiya9 reserves the right to decline or place on hold any deposit suspected of originating from an unlawful source.
  • Deposited funds may not be transferred to another user's account.

4.2 Withdrawal

  • Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit ("same-source policy").
  • All withdrawal requests are subject to account verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements.

  • Withdrawals exceeding certain limits may require additional KYC verification before being processed.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Jiya9 offers a wide range of promotions and bonuses for both new and existing members. All offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion, as well as the following general conditions.

5.1 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

Every bonus received is subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before withdrawals are permitted. The rollover requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. For example, a bonus with a 30x rollover means you must place bets totalling 30 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 Prohibition of Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the jiya9 bonus system — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or low-risk wagering strategies solely aimed at fulfilling rollover requirements — is strictly prohibited. jiya9 reserves the right to void bonuses, reject withdrawals, and close accounts involved in such abuse.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have a validity period as stated in their respective promotional terms. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within the specified period will expire automatically without any compensation.

6 Game Rules

All games on the jiya9 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has received independent audit certification from a recognised certification body. This ensures that every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

6.1 Final Results

In any dispute regarding game outcomes, the records stored on jiya9's servers shall be considered the official and final records. Results displayed on the user's screen may differ due to network delays; in such cases, the server records will serve as the authoritative reference.

6.2 Technical Disruptions

Jiya9 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or device issues on the user's end. Should a disruption occur on the jiya9 platform's end, affected bets will be resolved in accordance with the established compensation policy.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Use of the jiya9 platform is subject to strict standards of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action where applicable:

  • Fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity using the jiya9 platform.
  • Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any other automation method to interact with the platform.
  • Collusion between players in multiplayer games.
  • Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform. Any bugs discovered must be reported to our support team immediately.
  • Registering with false information or assuming another person's identity.
  • Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's security systems.
  • Making threats, applying pressure, or harassing jiya9 staff or other users.

8 Account Closure

8.1 Closure by User

You have the right to close your jiya9 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the closure is processed, all outstanding rollover requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance will be returned to you via your original payment method.

8.2 Closure by jiya9

Jiya9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, legal compliance requirements, or at our absolute discretion. In cases of closure due to a breach, the account balance may be forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of jiya9's commitment to responsible gaming, members may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Such requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the period specified by the member at the time of application.

9 Limitation of Liability

The jiya9 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiya9 is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, consequential, or extraordinary losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
  • Financial losses arising from betting outcomes, regardless of circumstances.
  • Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned maintenance, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond jiya9's reasonable control.
  • Any third-party actions affecting your account as a result of your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
jiya9's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being raised.

10 Amendment of Terms

Jiya9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, unless a different effective date is specifically stated.

Jiya9 will endeavour to notify members of significant amendments via email notice or in-platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11 Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which jiya9 holds its operating licence. Any legal action relating to these Terms shall be brought before a court with jurisdiction in the relevant territory.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, that provision shall be severed only to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
